exactly. He can stay here and have an (at best) 20% chance of promotion with us in the next couple of years, or give himself a 100% chance by moving. I don’t buy in to the idea that he won’t move to the premier league because he was burnt by the spurs experience. That was a totally different situation of an 18 year old moving too soon to too big a club. Him moving now to a club he’ll start for in the premier league would be massive for him and I think we are kidding ourselves if we think he’d show undue loyalty to us. we just have to make sure the fee is right if he does want to go.
18 days until we kick start our season. Very good chance now that Clarke starts for us at Cardiff. I really hope he stays here until at least January but I don’t see it myself. We’ll see.

With Clarke. I heard it was similar to Ekwah sell in. Different amounts depending on level of fee hit. Probably why they are being so specific in fees requested.

I don't they they seem him starting with a stop start season last year. So l, if there is good money on the table ... Has to be right though. Still got something in him and can grow. Just needs to turn into a bit of a bast ard
I’d like us to make a sale, pretty soon, to allow us to spend. What I don’t want is a Clarke or an Ekwah or Jobe being sold in the last week of August.
