That just says £10m minimum to be considered, not guaranteed to accept. I always thought £12m would be enough to get him.
I know they shouldn't, but there are some who think we shouldn't sell for less than £20m!! Some of the fan valuations I've seen are pretty far fetched. Roker Report even comparing him to Archie Gray going for £40m
Also people saying we couldn't replace him for £10m. Of course we could. We're in the championship. Any new right back doesn't need to be as good as Trai Hume. They just need to be good enough to be part of a promotion winning team. And you can definitely get good right backs for under £4m let alone £10m.
Only by the northern echo. On current records it's a coin toss between who has the best sources at the club between Fishpaste and them. I'd personally say Fishpaste is on the money more
I'd be holding out for 12 but I'm greedy and probably not that realistic. Would represent a massive profit for the club and a big success story for Speakman if he can get Pembele or Huggins on track.
Think he has had good info aswell - the shirt, RLB etc. Think he could be an excellent signing if wages are right and he's fit.
I wouldn’t say it’s unrealistic mind. Hume is 22, and is contracted till 2027 with an option of a further year (so till 2028 for negotiation purposes), and he was one of our most consistent defenders last season. I’d say £12m would be quite fair. Let’s not forget we got £10m for Stewart who was in his last year of deal and was/is injured.
Also didn't fishpaste post a lot of ****e about roberts not being happy and then he signed a contract, also said that the stewart deal had collapsed and got mugged off by romano about amad?
62 million for an 18 year old. Blimey. All I know about him is he's good on FM. But thats a lot of money and pressure on a young lad.
Lad it came from is very reliable as well, to be fair. He’d be another superb addition, experience wise.
