Watched him loads for Leeds u21s and he was like that loads. None stop workrate and chases everything, seems to have improved tactically recently - movement been better - and his finishing has improved
I’d be lying if I said I knew much about him but the way he carried himself stood out not sure if he scored or not?
Who Jobe? The lad seems to get judged as a fully developed 26 - 28 year old player instead of the 18 year old in his first full season as a pro he is (by some)!
People kept comparing him to Jude constantly, which is a ridiculous comparison given Jude is rated as arguably the best number 10 in the world right now.
Yeah absolutely. Ridiculous. One comment from a non safc fan saying “not good enough he’ll never have another chance at a big club” because we thought he needed a rest!” Funny that Jude was nowhere near the player he is now at Jobe’s age! As you say, jusged as a fully fledged pro, or at his brother’s level! Some of our fans are utterly thick as ****!!
I have watched Jude for England and there are so many physical similarities. Their physique, the way they run, how they turn, the way they use their body. I think we would be mad to sell. His potential value, in my opinion, is far greater than Clarkes for example. If he plays 30 odd games this year, scores another 6-8 goals from a midfield poisiton he will be £40m next season. The name is worth an extra 20% alone because the physical attributea are all there.
They probably love it here.....like Ekwah said last season 'its just like playing with your mates down the park'
Almost but not entirely unrelated- crows are capable of deferred gratification and in Japan they use bread as bait to catch fish.
