So where does that leave us now. Any others prepared to take the role?
Steve Bruce would take any rolls he clapped his eyes on

he signed for Lens mateDid you not know every manager we’ve had up for talks has just been a baseless rumour and we’re still on track to get out #1 target?![]()
Aye mate. Screwing up
Neils contract
Falling out with Mowbray
Appointing Beale
Promoting Dodds to assistant manager
Having multiple head coaches be out of the running due to a over complicated process and rigid staffing model.
That's just the operational side of football management. Not player contracts and fallings out etc.
But aye. All in my mind.
He needs to be binned off.
How the hell do you know this is his fault though? People were saying KLD was leading the manager hunt a few weeks ago. Let's wait and see what happens but we have no idea the parameters Speakman is working under.Honestly I'd rather the club came out with a statement saying Speakman has left than I would them saying they've made an appointment

Let's pretend everything is fine because we flogged Ross StewartFinally getting us out of League One after years under Donald.
Finding a gem in Ross Stewart who we sold for more than 20x what we paid, whilst being terminally injured.
Getting into the playoffs at least a season early, perhaps even two seasons early.
Losing Alex Neil and replacing him with Tony Mowbray giving us some of the best football we've ever seen at the club.

Correct. Get him goneNo one has disputed the good things he’s done though?
People are rightly sick of the things he’s constantly getting wrong.

Unbelievable, isn’t it?A successful player trading model means big money outgoings which allows you to upgrade the squad as a whole. I can't praise selling Stewart considering that money was used on subpar players.Read that back and tell yourself those are actually achievements. F*cking hell. Where’s our “we sold a player for £9m” trophy?

I don't like the way things are panning out but if an organisation is failing its usually cos the very top of the chain isn't leading properly. I'm thinking back to David Moyes and yes he was **** but the main problem was Ellis Short he was absent and wanted out. It was same in championship. Its all very well making speakman the scapegoat but maybe its the ownership of the club that is the real problemIts a repeating pattern. I don't like him. I don't like him representing our club.

if he stays we getting relegatedThe appointment hasn't been made yet, for whatever rhyme or reason, people have a chip on their shoulder about Speakman and never look at what he has done for the club with balance, literally owt could happen and some would blame him for it. Mark these words, if he goes this summer, we are getting relegated.

It's money in the coffers and keeps the club healthy, if we're driving towards self sustainability this is the way to do it. If you want to sneer at it and you're a low resolution supporter that's fine, do you.
