Everyone needs to calm down, things take time, it's not like we've had months to.... oh... never mind
Surely people can now accept we have the model of the front bench wrong. It's seriously limiting and completely our own doing. Not our. Speakmans. Absolute joke.
You know what. I am sick of it. Sick of lord Speakman causing this absolute mess. How much more screw ups are we expecting to take from a footballing structure and operational POV?
KLD needs to grow a pair, how can he sit there and look at the constant theme going out, it always reverts back to one person, his wonderful sporting director, just thick
Honestly I'd rather the club came out with a statement saying Speakman has left than I would them saying they've made an appointment
Is there any point in getting my hopes up we could even tempt cifuentes? Or just wait for the inevitable Lampard appointment?
It was said that we were speaking to multiple candidates this week ahead of a final decision aswell as rosenior, did you only hear of rosenior?
Thing is I can see Lampard being desperate enough to get back into work he will work within the restrictions Speakman has set
If Speakman goes, we're getting relegated back to League One, because it means we're willing to forego a plan that has been in place for over 3 years in favour of relenting to a mass of uninformed outrage.
Aye mate. Screwing up Neils contract Falling out with Mowbray Appointing Beale Promoting Dodds to assistant manager Having multiple head coaches be out of the running due to a over complicated process and rigid staffing model. That's just the operational side of football management. Not player contracts and fallings out etc. But aye. All in my mind. He needs to be binned off.
It's one thing accepting it, something entirely different doing anything to change it. Posting on forums might increase the pressure on the club by a tiny amount but they're already under enormous pressure. The club can see last season was a failure and they need to put it right. The Championship is a drain on resources and we need promotion ... ... we're literally just spectators. When people say 'this is unacceptable' it sounds profound but it's basically meaningless imo. The only signal we can really send is to not to go to games but, as we all know, half a dozen good results and it's all forgotten. We went to Wembley twice and won twice, we were promoted once and almost twice ... ... if we're challenging, and in the top six, people will accept virtually anything in my view.
Did you not know every manager we’ve had up for talks has just been a baseless rumour and we’re still on track to get our #1 target?
if we stay exactly the same we are heading back to league one young kids no strikers it no good burying head in the sand
