Might just be me, but I'm not quite as excited over Jansen after reading the two posts by @AzAlkmaar

Still probably do want him, but not as much as I did. The football sounds a bit frustrating to watch. Really don't like the idea of having a coach who doesn't like changing things, even when it's not working.

I'm the same but still see the potential in him over a fair few of the others mentioned

Imagine if it’s Still after all this. I’ll be commenting on French Nixon’s page for sure

Different squad and different club culture could ofcourse make things different at a club like Sunderland. But i do have to agree, that most things i have read on twitter about Jansen have been only positive and leaving out the obvious negatives there were aswell. Often posted by people who dont really watch AZ.

Thats football for you tho, you could speak to loads of AZ fans and you will get loads of different opinions

Likewise if you speak to some of our fans youd get wildly different opinions on managers/players weve had

I like him or Rosenior tbf so happy if its either of them

Think back to every manager we've had, you can find flaws in any of them, even Reid, Keane and Allardyce who are all still popular to this day. Doesn't take away from Jansen's record or coacing history.

I've always preferred Rosenior but had been happy with Jansen, mainly on the assumption that he'd provide exciting football but it doesn't really sound that's his bag. Bit less enthused now but who knows maybe he'd burned out a bit and needs a fresh start to revitalise himself.

Would not be surprised in the slightest if it was someone never mentioned before, the links to both Rosenior and Jansen are more than a little tenuous it seems to me.

He maybe wanted to get the statement out to thank us for our patience and to acknowledge the ****ness of last season before a clean slayer with a new man.

So imminent could mean tonight, my guess would be tomorrow or Monday, although they love a Friday.

Also is it Jansen then, or just guesswork?
