Of all the pathetic theories, on social media, this is the most idiotic. These losers trot out the same old 'Fans who accept mediocrity are part of the problem' ... ... while doing absolutely f*ck all to reject mediocrity apart from constantly whining on forums. I may not agree with them but I'd have a little respect if they were at the SOL chaining themselves to the Stokoe statue or setting themselves on fire. (The Jet Station at Cleadon is currently the cheapest petrol for anyone who has a lighter and some balls.) But they do nothing and are nothing except sad little hypocrites fighting their battles in their head. please log in to view this image
Yes they have a great record of recent managerial appointments ... ... this one has no playing or managerial experience. Would you want him at Sunderland.
FFS, logged on a couple of days ago. Everyone in uproar about some non-entity. Turns out it was Nixon spouting ****e. Logged on to day. Everyone in uproar about another non-entity. Scroll back and it turns out the source is Nixon again. Why the **** do people even follow him? He literally gets paid for people to read his ****e and retweet it.
Look at that, Birmingham, who'll be expecting promotion at the first attempt and will be one of the bigger clubs in their division, appointing a bloke who's never been the top man at any of his clubs. Shocking. Lacks ambition.
Is everyone getting so wound up because Nixon said those coaches are in the frame? Hardly a credible source
I’m not going to sit here and get wound up over Challinor or Robinson because I really do not believe the club would get them in. I’ll be annoyed if they do, mind. But I’m sure they won’t be so daft. cue 6pm Davey Challinor scarf pic
we all want to see safc improve, i get that, which is why i can see and understand the negativity...but, all this '100+ days' is making things sound a lot worse than they are. i obviously have no idea of any details but working on the little info we have heard (and presuming it is true of course) we looked for WS when TM was sacked but we would have had to pay compo so i feel MB was given a chance to see us to the end of the season when we could 'legally' start contract talks with WS, that went t1ts up and we had to get rid. although it was widely known and accepted, i guess there were reasons we could not officially approach him with an offer so in reality, we never started looking until the end of our season and were pretty sure of getting the number one target then he got his head turned, while i agree that everyone is entitled to take the best offer for themselves and deserve time to think it all over i think more than a week when things really do need to be sorted is too long. PJ is looking the best out there right now, WS should be binned simply because he is not showing that he has the best interests of either club in all of this and that gives me serious doubts about whether he is indeed trustworthy...i have said all along that i am happy for the club to take time and get the 'right man' but leaving it too late can have a detrimental effect on the preparation, the players and the fans. the club itself should be willing to offer the same as they offered WS and give the new man a fighting chance with the players we need and a wee bit adjustment to 'the model', then it will be easier to get behind the new man.
