Some ****er on RTG who deliberately misspells everything and likes to preach ****e, even though he doesnt go to games and some people think he is Methven (he isnt)
Not bad as such, just repetitive and nothing to do with the topic posted. ‘What about a manager ffs’ etc
Just don't think he's good enough for the role. The negatives for me heavily outweigh the positives. We don't even have a playing identity, is that not one of the first things a DoF should be doing? He's been here for 3 and a half years now and we've went through Johnson, Neil, Mowbray, Beale and Dodds. Barely any similarities between them considering he talks about continuity and succession planning. And yes the player trading takes time but stockpiling players in certain positions which leads to them getting barely any minutes doesn't help raise the value of players. Neither does having to play players out of position because we have so few players in some positions. We should be giving players a platform to perform on which gets them big moves, like we've done with Jobe.
You talk a lot about optics and managing fans’ perspective and I agree with you but why do you think it doesn’t really happen? Are the club quite arrogant and don’t really care/value it? Are we just not very good at it? Or is it just not viable when we’re dealing with variables that are outside our control (eg Still playing silly buggers) and it is considered that the backlash from u-turning on communications or things not materialising is more damaging than just saying nothing at all despite the frustration and vacuum it creates?
I don't know the answer. I just know if Still gets announced at Lens the twitter reaction will be horrendous, even when the next person gets appointed, as they will undoubtedly be "a panicked 2nd choice". Whereas if we appoint that same person before Still gets announced at Lens, even though we all know he's second choice, it won't look as "panicked". Maybe not explaining myself very well. I'm taking purely about how I think fans on twitter will react as well.
There’ll be a fresh meltdown and backlash when Still is announced at Lens. If we have nothing in place it will create even more bad will in the fan base.
No, I completely got your point and what you were saying. It was more a general question as on the face of it it’s something we’re not doing well/at all. They were probably rhetorical questions really, more just musings.

I just want pascal haha, according to a few outlets he's made it no secret that he wants to come back to england.
This is becoming becoming dereliction of duty on behalf of senior management… how much time do they need… if we are being knocked back for whatever reason.. please give brief updates.. the PR department in the club need to get a grip
Hate speculating on ifs. But if Still does go to Lens wonder if we hear anything from the club. Been no secret that we have been chasing him. Silence lately is deafening
