I don’t really have much of an issue with it. He’s a highly rated coach and someone from the French top flight seemingly wants him and might have made him a better offer.
I’ll be more annoyed that we’ve apparently took our time with it if he’s been KLDs number 1 target since Mowbray was sacked.
It's surprising how many think the Still deal could be revived. It seemed almost like a public fall out, with each side putting their hissy fit across in the media the other day.
Then L'Equipe have been reporting Still is close to Lens, and have never mentioned us, they are usually a very reliable source.
Feels to me like as soon as Nice announce their new manager Lens will announce Will Still.

There must still be a chance with Still as if he'd completely told us to do one a first choice candidate would've been leaked over the weekend.
Fair enough they may get there man, but it doesn't fill me with too much confidence in regards to Stills commitment now and in the future.

from now on even if still comes i'll be staying off the main board.i've been messaging a few people still and will carry on over time . yesterday i was told maric isn't 100%dead but unlikely and an italian is in the frame, this morning i got a message saying still isn't over with yet, and passed that on to a certain posters
i then got a message off a mate a couple of hours ago , i passed it on to a few again it's not from the same one
but it's from a mate who knows an ex football who played for us he's never really passed out on to me before so don't know how likely it is but then seeing weatsheaf post it might have some substance

Honestly mate. **** everyone else. You’ve passed this on in good faith and you don’t need to leave the forum for it
Everyone knows Still works as part of a team. I don't believe the club would have had him as their first choice without realising that he'd want to bring his own staff. I just don't think this thing about rigid staffing was ever a real part of 'the model', just an assumption made by people who were looking to criticise the club.
