I do still think back to last season and us playing Forest and think there is something to be said for sides wanting to play spoiler on final day and have an impact on the play off race, whether consciously or unconsciously.
If the Manchester clubs have voted against it, it can only be good for the rest of the teams competition wise. Just wonder if this impacts the Prems competitiveness with Madrid/Barca etc? Just need to sort out the parachute payment farce and I'll be happy
there was a chap called nelson who had spent 11 years in the football league, mostly back in the twenties. even won div 3n in 1923. spent one season in division 2. he's still at it, currently in the north west counties league.
Leicester fans at Preston were singing “Champions of England, that’s something you’ll never sing”. That is the Preston that had won the League twice (and the FA Cup) 4 years before there was a team from Leicester in the league.
Are Everton in a whole heap of trouble.... seems they have contacted an insolvency company with their 777 deal close to collapse...
The orange group behind the goal was our lot, they was supposed to be amber tshirts and when we received them just before we left they was frigging orange. Fantastic day though.
A decent day in Yeovil too, we've had worse. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
