That may be true or maybe not, as we have no idea how any other manager would have done if he wasn't appt. Hasn't he been there nearly the full season, sure I read he had been in charge 35 gamesThey’d have been dead and buried in Jan if not for him

Hasn't he been there most of the season, sure I read he had been in charge 35 games or soHigh pressing, play through the lines quality and he has them playing with energy
I cant believe how much he has transformed them this season, one of the stand out managerial performances this season
Think every appointment is a risk these days, only ever 5 bad results from the chop, he looks to have a good upside so would be interested to see him here, understand the concerns with his limited first team experience too, all I know for definite is I’m glad I don’t have to make the decision! That may be true or maybe not, as we have no idea how any other manager would have done if he wasn't appt. 32. If the league started the day he was appointed they'd be 15th and we'd be 19th. Unbelievable turnaround with a shocking squad and I still think they may stay up, they definitely have a chance at 3 points on the last day up here. That may be true or maybe not, as we have no idea how any other manager would have done if he wasn't appt. You make some cracking points, i do feel we need some experience somewhere at the club (in a senior position)
I dont think we are in freefall as such, this season has been shocking but we still have some real quality in the squad. Young players should continue to improve and i feel adding a few players, that are championship ready, to this sqaud we have a cracking chance of rebounding
The managerial appointment is the key one. I look at how leveuksen outlook totally changed when Alonso came in. They had an ok squad, but he totally got the most out of their squad, added a couple cracking players and now look at them
I prefer to be class half full (its been really really tough this season) but this summer is MASSIVE, its make or break for this regime
) he maybe young but he's alot more experienced than people think. He’s my preference.FWIW everyone saying we need a manager with experience, Will Still has managerial experience in more troubling circumstances than a lot and he's came out of them all positively and left the clubs in better positions (apart from the Clun that went bust) he maybe young but he's alot more experienced than people think.
That's if it's him. Which I think it will be
He seems like the obvious one in my eyes. He’s my preference.

I’ve listened to a few interviews with him and have been impressed. Would certainly be an exciting appointment. He seems like the obvious one in my eyes.
Has a lot of proven pedigree if you're willing to ignore the football manager stuff.
Just gutted he'll be the first manger younger than me , making me feel ancient and im only 35![]()
Definitely mate, and a bit of a statement from the club. As a club we want to get players young and improve them, why not the same with managers?I’ve listened to a few interviews with him and have been impressed. Would certainly be an exciting appointment.
I have very little confidence that the next window will be a good one, very little at all.
Oh, and I am sick to death of hearing about YOUNG this and YOUNG that, as if simply
Being young is an advantage, better than an experienced person.
I do not care about the age of a person, only their ability to do the job
We've signed plenty of experience in the past and sadly the majority have just come to receive a final paycheck. No desire to succeed.I kind of feel exactly the same about experience. I feel like it is being thrown around like it is some kind of solution to every single problem the club has. Owner, sporting director, coach, team. Etc.
I don't really see it that way myself.

Would he be boss, or would he have to do it all Speakman's way though. Bearing in mind Speakman has no track record as a DOF before us? And given last few windows, hardly looks like we got the right guy..Definitely mate, and a bit of a statement from the club. Will Still could get Reims to Europe this year and be our next manager, yet people are put off due to his age/lack of experience.
The lad seems good enough to me
Still will be used to the Sporting Director system as he works under one at Reims. Pol-Edouard Caillot who is 30 and was previously Chief Scout.Would he be boss, or would he have to do it all Speakman's way though. Bearing in mind Speakman has no track record as a DOF before us? Like we used to ! Quality trumps experience for me. We just need less gambles this time.Yeah experienced players have shortcomings just like young players do. I'm really not desperate to sign a bunch of journeymen who can't grow with the club.
