Like I have said how do you propose it is fixed, as far as I can see all we can do is being done. the club is gradually building and improving but if your opinion could be backed up with how it could be improved then please share you thoughts on it.
I don't know our medical staff or fully our training techniques but as Dodds was highly thought of development coach my guess is that he knows what he is doing in that respect. our facilities could maybe be improved but as plenty of new signings have said the facilities are very good again maybe some scope for small improvements, but you say something should be done but you are yet to say what you think could improve the situation.
I have replied to you on this. Invest in prehab. Not, my username obviously but prehab is specific, high end, tailored programmes for each individual to stop injuries in high end, repetitive movements. Football is exactly this.
Prehab can form many different ways and it shouldn't be generic, just the standard approach across the squad. Each player needs to be fully assessed at multiple times in the year and programmes need to be tailored to fit their physiological make up and the outputs they make on the pitch (backed up by data metrics of workload).
Inclusion of regular treatments such as ultrasound, hydrotherapy, cryotherapy, alternative massage therapy, acupuncture, hyperbaric chambers are just a few.
The rest can be made up of the standard gym , bespoke programmes. This is what I believe we have in place. The former is what we don't, it's the expensive part but it is what makes the difference.
