Cloud seeding seems to be the new buzzword for conspiracy lovers. Barely anyone would've heard of it a month or two ago, but Le Tissier and his ilk recently became obsessed with the idea of government weather modification, and that movement has subsequently latched onto the actually real concept of cloud seeding, which whilst real, is very limited in scope and success and is no more significant than it was a month ago when hardly anyone had heard of it.
Worth keeping in mind as it inevitably continues to get brought up more and more.

As a source of investigative reporting Panorama is about as reliable as the Sunday Sport.BBC panorama didn't have much good to say about carbon credits and off setting.

Is it? Don't really watch but that surprises me to read.
And on carbon credits specifically it seems pretty believable that there'd be a lot of skullduggery going on around that, sadly.
They're part of the BBC, so some, from both sides of the political divide, start with the opinion that whatever they do/say they're biased and wrong. They've had the odd issue with overstating things (and accusations of being a bit biased), but it's still one of the world's best investigative journalism programmes.
