Our February fixtures don't look too frightening ... ... it's a really important month that defines our season imo.
He didn't want to come here, I was told. TBH, he didn't have to go anywhere for what's less than half a season. He'd have earned as much and only needed a Solanke injury to be back in the Bournemouth team.
Sorry Smug but you can't say that as it doesn't suit the "told you so's" argument! Repeat after me - "we didn't want to pay the wages cos we have no money"
Off topic but **** me Solanke turned out decent. Some of our lot would have turned their noses to the sun on him an arl. Swear some think we are ****ing Barca
Took him a while, and he looked absolutely awful under the greatest English manager the world has ever seen, who just managed to get a home point against the greatest team in the league… hang on, no it was Luton! but he looks a player now! Guess he has a better manager
If we didn’t have ambition surely we’d have made do with the players we had, not sent anyone out on loan and sold Clarke sooner. This is another weak stick to beat the club with for me.
TBF that usually translates as 'spending a fortune and crossing your fingers'. Everton have ambition but can't afford to finish their stadium.
Not spending millions and millions getting the club deeper and deeper into debt = no ambition! I'd rather have no ambition than be in the place we were in Shorts last couple of seasons! Short was keeping the club afloat and seemed to take the financial losses rather than expecting it back from the club at the end!
with Moore in their team they have a bloody good chance a better chance than us run like Accrington stanley, and when Pritchard gans to Birmingham cos they offer him more money.
Apparently Hull, Ipswich, Leeds, Leicester and Southampton all going up ... ... it's going to be an interesting season
