I read that as bonuses as in, if we get promoted they will receive an extra 3 million or games played/scored. Something along those lines, not him getting a 3 mill bonus for signing on, we can't afford to be doing that surely.
I don't know but I'm assuming it's still 3m going out if things go to plan, whatever that plan is. Not bothered personally, it isn't my money. I just hope he's good and Rosie can get a tune out of him.
