I’m not a gym goer, but if you can do some exercise, even slow jog or walk round streets, it certainly helps you feel betterI've listened to a lot of podcasts with Peter Attia, Andrew Huberman and David Sinclair who are big into healthspan.
I bought a exercise and a barbell. I'm never going to be a gym goer.
I've started taken a few supplements. NMN, Resveraratol and Burberine. I've basically eliminated tiredness from my life.
Did you buy any particular brand of NMN and Burberine Casual after doing your research..?I've listened to a lot of podcasts with Peter Attia, Andrew Huberman and David Sinclair who are big into healthspan.

This are the things I have added to my life. Some of you may think these are a bit hippy or even ridiculous. It maybe these are placebo. But they help me.
1.I've increase intake protein.
2.I've increase intake of fibre
3.I added to formented veg to improve my gut health
4.I take a cold shower daily
5.Weight training
6.Cardio training
7.Education/self improvement
8.I drink a South American tea called Yerba Mate which increases energy
9.Cut down on alcohol by around 8%
10.Drinking salt water in a morning for hydration
11.Using a light box for wake up
For the rest of the year I want consolidation what I've done and add some more for 2024.

No, I've used those adhesive nose strips with some success but you've got to make sure your nose is washed first else they don't stick very well. Not the best prep for a night of unbridled passion...

If only it were that simple!Stopping drinking stops snoring, but I wouldn't recommend it as a long term remedy...
