Ok let’s get behind the lad. No question we have a world class coach who can help develop the kids. My concern is that I hope he’s learned tactically At rangers he has a few rotten apples in the dressing room but tactically he was naive at time specially when plan a didn’t work. Onwards and upwards chaps

I give less and less of a **** about football the older I get. I've just realised that Liverpool Man U ended 0-0 at half 10 tonight there, a game 10-15 years ago I'd have looked forward to all week. Its just..... ****e these days, it really is.

For a local derby, it was completely soulless with Liverpool fans very quite. What a **** show it turned out.

Can't remember a manager being under more immediate pressure than Beale here.

Coventry under good form at the moment. Imagine the atmosphere if they beat us with a Simms goal. Sheesh :emoticon-0127-lipss

Must admit I've been taken aback a bit by the amount of negative reaction to this appointment, particularly as some of the more preferred options are more or less unknown to us and have little or no experience of coaching in England. It almost seems like being young and multi-lingual was the main skill required by some.
Others have used the parting of the ways with TM as a stick to beat KS in order to further their agenda against him,or against KLD under the guise of him not being willing to pay compensation.....an argument completely without any basis in my view.
I have no idea whether Beale will be what we need any more than any of the others who were supposedly in the frame. One thing I do know is that this club has been transformed on the playing side under KLD and KS and I'm going to continue to give them my full support. If things go tits up from here then that will be the time to have a go at Beale and the Board, not now.

The meltdown over beale just reinforces my view that most fans are blinkered and lacking in any real idea how footy works. They make up their mind on someone based on very little. With beale they base it on a few bad months at rangers. Hope he does well and shuts up the morons in our fanbase.
