Really enjoying Gnocchi at the moment! Done it with chicken, Chorizo, green beans and yellow pepper. Sprinkled with Chilli flakes, spring onion, Coriander and Gran Padano. Yum

Even my Vietnamese friend have complimented me on my Chicken curry I have made here. Half a green pepper/Red Pepper/Yellow Pepper, half an onion. This stir fried for about 5 minutes. Add, cut up 2 large chicken breasts or equivalent Thigh meat, stir-fry until chicken is cooked. Add 2 level dessert spoons of Curry power, stir fry for a minute, then add a 425g can of coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes. Ready to serve with boiled Rice.
