Alright, so the three most reputable ITK people on here are all hinting some discord or resentment by the players towards Rosenior. If that’s the case then he needs to go imo. Once you’ve lost the dressing room, that’s it. Bigger and better managers than Rosenior have been sacked due to losing the dressing room.
