    Simple…I left money to cover the wine & told the waitress I won’t be paying for food & they need to update the menu to say tinned tuna

    I have no idea how to cook, but I do know how important the gear is
    We went to Crofters in Anlaby when it was shutting down and bought some of their baking trays cheap.
    I’m reliably informed they’re amazing…and even I have established they’re great for oven chips. Nothing sticks to them whatever you do.

    So my advice is get decent pans n that, by keeping your eye out for well used ones from decent pro kitchens going out of business.

    That’s food all prepped….pork tenderloin, a little sausage meat, cream cheese & wrapped in Parma ham & streaky bacon, on a bed of sweet onions
    Into the Aga to slow cook for 2.5 hours
