The Saudis are saying get rid of FFP or we will take everything anyway.

Fair play enough in my opinion.

This went on with the golf then they took over the pga basically.

Sounds good. Let everyone go over there for stupid money and hopefully football over here returns to some sort of normality.

If the €30m quoted is correct, that equates to £26m, which at todays prices is a steal.
Heart the size of a pea, lazy, spent half his time on the floor moaning to the ref.
However, on one his his days where he fancied a game, he was electric. Tore Man City apart memorably. If Eddie couldn’t motivate him to do it more often, nobody can.
Good luck to the lad though.

Nah, for me personally I’m gutted Max has gone. We could have at least gave him a season in the CL under the bright lights against the mega teams.

We keep Matt Ritchie cause of his character alone, same should be said for Max. He brought something different, people will bang on about his injuries or floor rolling but he loves our club & without him during the Bruce times I guarantee we would have got relegated.

Slagging off a lad who loves the club we love is baffling.

No need for that. Lad served us to the best of his ability. Good luck to him. Will always remember him fondly. However, we move forward
There is every need. Our fans are easily blinkered. The way he pandered to fans in social media yet put **** all effort in to games. He liked Bruce for a reason, as he was a lazy twonk.
Don’t get me wrong, he’s not on Shelveys level and had 3 or 4 excellent moments a season.
To me, in terms of leaving the club, is more a Smith than a Sibierski

Yes I read and watched him say that. Interesting that.

If there was 1 position we should fill at present I think it’s left back.

What’s your thoughts?
Left back and centre back. Personally I’d get a first choice centre back and see how this Murphy lad pans out. He’sa year older than Hall and appears to be fairly decent

Name 1 other player that kept us up as much as him during the Bruce reign? Guy pretty much kept our takeover alive single handedly that season and that shouldn’t be forgotten.

No one is forgetting that. He’s a bang average player who every now and then played exceptionally well. Pity that as soon as we had a manager with tactics and training that he disappeared in to injuries and not being able to do anything. He cares more about his appearance both physically and socially then he did for the club itself
Never have rated him and never will.
