No hatred from me; never have and never will.

Him leaving for a new challenge doesn't bother me in the slightest, he's been with us a long time and owes us nothing so good luck to him.

However, the hypocrisy and greed I can never agree with. Still no hate, just disappointment.

Can't see him given a **** what I or anyone else thinks though tbh...<laugh>

basically how I feel about it, naively expected better.

no more than you do filling your car up with gasoline produced from Saudi oil <whistle>
The UK gets very little oil from Saudi Arabia, most comes from the North Sea. There are also significant imports from the US and, up until recently at least, Russia.
However, it's not relevant - we don't have much of a choice when we fill up do we? We don't have the required information to make any sort of ethical choice (if that's even an appropriate word when it comes to oil consumption).

Well the club has no option bar blocking the players so they'd be critiqued for that as well and it'd be self harm to the squad morale.

I presume you've got all your lines ready cos I cannot wait for the Qatar money and to spend it up to buy all the trophies.
I am not and never have been interested where a club get's it's money from. You do need the right people to spend it though as Woodward showed for us.
I only asjed the question because none of you had mentioned the club.

There are a few of you "dissapointed or worse" with Hendo for taking the SA money. Do any of you have the same feeling about the club taking the money for player sales?

Rather not have the dirty money but that's outweighed by not wanting a player at the club that doesn't want to be there. Ultimately, the club (and team) comes first

We bought Hendo for £20 million in 2011, had almost 500 appearances from him and now sell him for £12 million aged 33. Morality aside, that is pretty good business. Judgement will come when we see the replacement

I don't think we need a Hendo replacement. His best position was the RCM role and we've got plenty that can play there (and LCM); Zobo, AMC, Thiago, Jones, Elliott (that's five into two) plus youngsters and maybe Trent too.

Hendo offered a backup option to Fabinho at DM, that's where we need fresh blood. If Fabinho leaves too, we really will be staying to look desperate and prices for anyone we show an interest in will go up.

Maybe that's why the Fabinho and Hendo stuff have dragged on a little bit.

Yes, I meant general replacement rather than RCM
