Club home grown requires them to have spent 3yrs at the club between 15-21yrs, nationality doesn’t matter, Kuol becomes home grown in 3 years

I think so long as they've had 2 years 'continuous' at the the club at some point between 15-21, then it's OK if they have also been loaned out, so long as technically still on our books for 3+ years.
Not sure whether that still works for Gillespie?

Well if he left when he was 16 and returned in his 30s the answer is no he won’t count
