Can you take a wheelchair with you, some whinging women on the news gone there for a holiday and easy jet have lost her son's wheelchair.
I made it clear I wasn’t certain about the context. I should have left it, sorry. Though I’m intrigued by the term “pre-existing injury”. A player can have an injury that prevents him playing when signed. Or a player can have a previous injury that doesn’t prevent him playing but later reoccurs. Is a pre-existing injury a third category? If we didn’t sign players in the second category, we wouldn’t sign many players!
I've tried to find the interview with Snodgrass but can't find it, but I thought I remembered him saying he was struggling with it prior to signing with us, I suppose I see that as the distinction. I'm not suggesting just because someone tweaked their hamstring or missed a game with a head knock in the prior season we don't sign them.
I don’t doubt your recollection - he reckoned he was injured then. Odd that he played in the Europa League and started a Premier League game. Pretty sure we did fitness tests in 2014!
Yeah I think some players are happy to push through and it's hard to talk them out of it sometimes. Didn't KdB play the CL final recently with a torn or strained hamstring? So not always easy to know when it'll go, plus the incident at QPR was a bit of a freak accident.
Wonder if we were interested. He would've fit Rosenior's profile of players who've proven themselves by being promoted from this level before.
Where's Tom Cannon from Everton gone? Would have probably liked him if we were after a young forward on loan but Delap should do well too.
