    It’s not being used in this context to mean having agility. It means adaptable

    It is more about when you lose the ball and the few seconds you have to get into an out of possession shape and mindset. Pep has a 3 second rule, if you dont win it back in 3 seconds get into shape. Old Ajax mindset.

    I'm really sorry mate but you can't be saying 6 year olds are premier league standard. My son has been at academies since he was 7 and in last few years kids have come and gone. The ones who were good in small sided games can't handle the bigger games. There are so many facets to being a footballer but at professional elite level athleticism is absolutely massive
