Talking of doctors, I know this is the wrong thread, but went to the gp surgery on Tuesday, place was empty! I had bloods done today though and the hospital waiting room was rammed full. I'd managed to find somewhere to park, so it was a case of let's just do this and get it done. To be fair the queue went down quite quick.
You hit the nail on the head, I've often found if something don't go to plan, it's because there is no joined up thinking. I did have someone from the NHS one time, and they were responsible in organising stuff for me, that very joined up thinking you are on about, he did sort stuff for me as well, because being in the NHS it was easier for him to chase and make happen and take take the grief away from me. Trouble was.....he left then my nurse left, so we are back to fooking smoke signals again.
when i was discharged recently* the hospital notified no one and arranged no follow up action at all . * realised the night i was discharged that they had sent me home with a pressure sore and had to get the Community Nurses out and they were highly unimpressed .Mind you the community team have been really good since and later today i will have about my 15th nurse visit plus have had OT's and physios out .
Interesting, that's what we need, war of words because Putin will not silence him so easily. Hopefully it might help in getting Putin to see some sense, but I won't be holding my breath on that. Need more pressure from within Moscow.
Far a s I'm concerned in the short term, Putin can play whatever tune he wants if it stops this madness. Then hopefully the fooker keels over with a heart attack before he has any more ideas of grandiose.
Make him take the Pfizer Covid vaccine that usually encourages a heart condition Anyways have a good weekend all……im outta yuh
Honestly, I'm sure even paranoid Putin knows NATO and Ukraine have no desire to just invade Russia. NATO only strikes countries that can't strike back. That said, it would give NATO a significant advantage if war ever DID break out directly between the two sides if Ukraine was on their side.
Well, it's probably worse actually, because you can't use Cuba as a springboard to Invade the US because of the ocean I don't think that justifies war though.
Are we still just ignoring the fact Putin and Russia have been invading their neighbours pinching territory for a couple decades? I think Putin has even convinced some on here this is all about NATO'S borders.
I'm not mate. I just don't like NATO or the EU, don't think I could be more open about that one. I still live in the time of the old Yugolavia and the USSR, and still remember the tv pictures of Russians driving around in Skoda's and when Gerd Muller (WEST Germany) didn't score goals via penalties to pick up a golden boot. I think the biggest atrocity round them times was some Ugandan blood thirsty lunatic wanting to prove to the future how much black lives really mattered to him.
Yeh agree although I wasn't talking about invasion or act of aggression, but as you said earlier IF war ever did break out it would provide a strategic advantage and so it's understandable neither would be keen to have any attack or defence system that close to them.
He has. Or some self hatred stuff, or some let's make this about another thing stuff. Hope the govs of the west keep pumping in weapons as long as Russia keep pumping in "soldiers" all good by me.
