Which was my entire point.

That people are fast as **** to jump on NATOs dick for things, but I find the tacit justification for a full scale invasion, along the lines of "well, you know, the West was dealing with nations near Russia so ofc they felt threatened" as completely laughable.

Like, we shouldn't be bombing people, we should never have bombed Iraq and invaded.

If people say here "well OK it's wrong but there was provocation from the West." Where does it end?

Ok, Israel are bad, but they do face provocation.

Ok, Iraq was bad, but Saddam was provocative.

You said provocation three times in that last comment mate, you ought to see @Treble for English lessons, he does maths too if you are interested. I hear he does good mate rates, recommended to me by @Solid_Air 2 <ok>

Treble supports the Ruskies and their right to shoot Ukrainian kids I think

You know, Ukraine is a sovereign country. It can make whatever decisions it likes on the world stage, you can't just blow up apartment blocks full of families cos you don't like who they've started chatting too.

There's apparently a new narrative on here, mostly from @Treble which is indicating that the entire sphere of eastern Europe inherently belongs to Russia and we can't even deal with countries AROUND Russia, even if they have their own elected parliaments and leaders. Because Russia will feel threatened and it's then our fault that they bombed apartment blocks.

A reminder, Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014. The West has not invaded Russia.

See but that's no excuse for Trebs to advocate for Ukrainian slaughter.

Ok now I'm making it too obvious I'm tryna wind him up. <laugh>

I have a mate in Jordan I met through gaming and he doesn't give a **** about Ukraine and yet seeths with pure anger whenever Israel is mentioned.

It's how close you are too it, basically.

Dunno what you're talking about bro, all I said was I like bears.

My point was you said Russia were kiling parents and kidnapping children, yet NATO didn't kidnap children, they killed them. I'm not measuring whether it's Ukranians, Russians, Serbs or any other nationality, I'm highlighting we are all guilty if killing women and children, the picture you put up in response was of dead men, soldiers.

Making an excuse for NATO killing women and children, much like Israel killing palestinian women and children is evil just the same, all over a piece of land - so it's not just the Russians that do it. Which leads me to another question, has Russia ever dropped an automic or nuclear bomb in anger, or is it only the Americans to have ever done that?

America is partly run by the military complex and its probably one of the most active nations on the planet to fund proxy wars for political and financial gain

I've never been near one.

My only two points of reference are watching Grizzly Adams as a kid(very positive) and The Revenant (not so good lol)

I was watching an interview the other day, some fella who was recently out hunting and got attacked by one. Those things are vicious, they don't even attack to eat you, it's just to purely **** you up.

I posted something yesterday which explains a lot. They're not territorial apparently but they have a 'critical space'. I guess that's like our comfort zone. I can't speak for the hunter you spoke about but it could be that he ventured into that critical space. And even then the bear won't always attack, it could run away. Interesting read in the end and I only looked it up after you bloody talking about bears!

Well, he was extremely unlucky, he said much like in the Revenant he heard and saw cubs first, he then just felt a heavy and extremely painful tug on his shoulder pulling him to the ground. As it was attacking him he could hear his bones crushing under the pressure, it then attacked his face ripping his face off. He got away by physically putting his hand down the bears through, he grabbed whatever flesh he could and just turned and ripped it as much as he could.

It squeeled and ran off.

Came back and attacked him a second time though.
