Concert in Widnes! To whom? Three men and a dog? Though you might be right about the date, I guessed, 63...
I thought he'd just done a gig in L'pool...got a train, but it only took him to Widnes from where he had to get a connection to Londidium. So he was kicking his heels on the station and penned Homeward Bound, as you do on such occasions.
I heard it was Preston station ? I am trying to keep the forums customers satisfied of course .

Plymouth, Ipswich and Sheff Wednesday all interested in Chiedozie Ogbene. Think he could do a lot better than that as he’s already been linked with Swansea, Boro and West Brom. In fact, I’d be happy if we got him. Very quick and direct winger. Could not be any worse than Ebiowei and he’s also better than Longman too.

Think with Kane he is eyeing up the Premier league record of Shearer, twt though.

I don’t know how important Shearer’s record is to Kane but surely he’d rather win trophies than focusing on Shearer’s record?

There was a debate on Twitter recently about who has had the better career so far: Kane or Vardy. Most would probably say Kane because he has more often than not scored 20+ goals a season for nearly a decade now and is England captain. However, Vardy has a PL title and FA Cup with Leicester.

Even if Kane beats Shearer’s record, in 10 years from now he could see someone else like Haaland beat it. Nobody can take away Vardy’s trophies though.

Does anyone think Rooney is sat at home wishing he could trade all those trophies with Man Utd for beating Shearer’s record? I don’t think so.

Stay in the prem with man utd and he'd have a decent chance at trophys and the record

I don’t think levy will sell to another prem team though

If he doesn't sell this summer then he'll lose him for free next summer ( I think it's next summer ). With the potential take over at utd looking likely after the upped bid yesterday, man utd will no longer be a rival to spurs and levy should take the emotion out of the decision and take the £80/90m and use it to rebuild or lose him for free.

Everyone I've spoken to connected to spurs has said the same, "take the money and let him move. He's given the club more then enough"

Can't remember where I read it but Levy said he's not going to sell Kane to any other Premiere League Club whichever it is.
