Bored of the same old stuff so I've been looking for something new, settled on Chicken Yassa which is a Senegalese dish. Will post pics when I make it on Saturday.

 

Not great fun first thing in the morning. Marinade of sliced onion, Dijon, salt and pepper, lemon juice. Leave that all day now.

Separate the chicken from the onions and oven cook the chicken. Caramelise the onions, add garlic and chillis. Chicken back in the pan, onions on top and add stock, cook for 1 hour on low. Serve with rice. More pics later.
