Sausage meat mixed with jalapeños and mozzarella to make burgers.
**** knows what they'll turn out like.

 

Delicious. Very tasty and moist.

 

Did you chop the jalapenos with an axe?

 

They look a little under done, I like the idea though.

 

Not according to my meat thermometer.
Will deffo make again. Maybe hoy a couple in two chaffles.

It's really very good. I had their fish stew speciality thing. Absolutely superb.

Shared a bruschetta with Mrs Chief to start, with a nice glas of Italian white. A bottle of red with the mains, then a double espresso and panna cotta as dessert.

You should try if you get the chance. There's a tap room next door.

Last night's steak salad. Bootiful bit of flat iron. Still ****ing about with flowers. Few little crispy salted taties topped it of nicely.
