Not sure comparing Fleming to Ashley Cole is very fair on Fleming. He was great last season in a formation where he played with 3 centre backs in the side too providing the height that Rosenior clearly thinks we need to stop conceding goals at set pieces which we’ve done all season. Maybe if we invested in some size for the midfield we wouldn’t have to rely on doing this
Agreed. I thought the comments on Fleming related to the team as a whole lacking height especially defending set pieces. The inclusion of such as Tetteh would help with this issue

Just playing devils advocate...Why not a back and Fleming and Cyrus doing wing backs? Personally I don't think Fleming that good defensively (from what I have seen). But then again, we were poor all over the place for a large chunk of this season.
