I agree with you on cctv I am baffled how no one has been arrested yetAs the home and away fans enter, and leave, the stadium at the same time there should be no need for such dramatic segregation inside. The police and stewards need to get their act together, they only have a few thousand people to monitor ffs. Surely with the total cctv coverage they can weed out the troublemakers.

Whoever put the thought into moving them up there really didn’t think did they?
Think I read somewhere it was coins. What was actually thrown? Had bad did it get? Couldn't see anything from the Roker End, but obviously saw and heard the messages.
They don't seem to have the same issue at SJP as far as I know.

An E-cigarette was also thrown, apparently.Think I read somewhere it was coins.
Even if you search everyone, you can’t take coins off them . Someone of an inclination could put say ball bearings in shoes. Reducing allocation would be unfair on good fans who would miss out , and some clubs may retaliate with reducing our allocation at their place.
Maybe loads more cameras and signage to so.
I'd have been seriously ****ed off if our allocation at SJP was halved because of one knob head who chucked summat last time we were there.Any team that does this should have their allocation halved the next time they are due to play here. I’d say a full ban but that’s not really fair on the majority of travelling fans who are no bother. Something like that should be a rule for all clubs.
I thought our fans did juck stuff, glad to hear we aren't that thickI'd have been seriously ****ed off if our allocation at SJP was halved because of one knob head who chucked summat last time we were there.
