Can't help but think after these last two games watching these kids celebrating I can only say they're like a bunch of daft lads playing footy and thoroughly enjoying themselves.
TM and Speakman have unleashed an energetic force against the Championship and we just need to go along with the ride and see where it takes us.

I think this shows why we didn't sign another striker, I don't think speakman etc would have expected us to lose both within such a short period of time but they obviously new we have an abundance of attacking options, 5 goals in 2 away games with no strikers proves their point. A lot of people have questioned not signing another striker, if what I heard is correct they didn't miss out on any as they didn't want one, wheDo we need Ross Stewart

He speaks so clearly and well. I've been very impressed with him and he's not afraid to throw the subs on and trust them to change the game
I agree. He manages to give everyone confidence and temper expectations at the same time which takes the pressure off the players.

He's certainly surprised me tbh. I didn't think he was this type of manager at all, I though he was old school. Fair play to him and long may it continue

What an interview, from being disheartening at Neil leaving I now feel like our loss has become our gain.
Mowbray helped develop Harvey Elliott last season at Blackburn and hes now a regular for liverpool.
Mowbray is perfect for us in developing our young talent. We still have the young PSG kid aswell once he returns from injury. We have an option to buy him for 5m after the season and PSG want first refusal on him if we sign him and he leaves so that tells it's own story.
Funnily enough I was in Leeds last Sat and after initially getting into abit of chew with a French bouncer, we ended up having abit of craic.
I asked him what team he supports and he said PSG. I mentioned Michut to him. He said in broken English, "yes very good player". I told him he plays for us now and he laughed and didn't believe me.
I googled his name on my phone and showed him, and he couldn't believe PSG let him go. Least of all to a Championship club

He is very modern mate. He is a coach who always learns and improves and is supposed to be excellent with sessions. He is a very good man manager as well. I reckon he is the type of coach these lads will run through walls for, because he does everything for his players. He is tailor made for us at this time I think.
So proud of that performance. I still think Watford had more quality, especially for the second ball. But **** me, the enthusiasm, fight and energy shown by SAFC was worth more than technical ability. In the end I was gutted we didn't nick it. Excited about what our club is doing HWTL
I wonder what the average number of player injuries are and of what duration are, in a season are for a Championship club.
Presumably all managers and directors of football have a good grasp of these important figures.
Is it unusual for a club to have 4 such injuries relatively early in the campaign?
I would have guessed that more injuries occurred later in the season as fatigue and accumulation of 'knocks' happens?
