No mate, it looks bad on you, because they rehash that to create devision and hatred, and you took the bait. So technically you are spreading hatred or trying to create division over something that never happened, when they or you claimed it happened. That's what twitter does and it becomes devisive.

It's probably a right wing account, that is producing material to create hatred, so in a sense it is fake, even if it happened at another date, along time ago.
The video has been reproduced I suspect from another date - like I said, look at the other material on that account, it looks like they are spreading hatred, you then pick it up and bring it to here.
Because it proves they are trying to create hatred, and you are spreading it, but don't matter mate you really don't get it, other than you are part of the problem by bringing it to here, from a right wing site.

Depends. Most countries have a libel law. So if you count libel as not being free speech. None.
Also, the famous example in both US and Canada is yelling "fire" in a crowded theatre. Although it's not that yelling fire is illegal, it's that you're responsible for peoples reactions. If you cause a stampede and someone gets hurt, it's your fault: both examples are civic infractions not criminal infractions. If people look at you like you're an idiot and don't stampede, you're not in any trouble.
So probably every country in the world you can be held accountable for what you say in a civic capacity.
