Personally, I don't think going to a funeral to protest the monarchy is the right place to protest, but absolutely wrong to arrest people for it. Definitely not free speech. Definitely wrong to arrest them. You can agree or disagree with the laws as they are, but it's definitely not free speech and shouldn't be called free speech if it's not.
