One of the biggest wastes of amazing natural talent I've ever seen..... Yes he could have been that good
I still think he’ll make it, he’s got so much time on his side, but he needs a real kick up the arse or an hour with Michael Woods to see what thinking you’re **** hot when you’re not gets you.
One of our highest earners wasnt he pre takeover? Too much too quick, unfortunate with injuries too mind but I must say I’ve never really seen it in any game he’s played despite him never really getting a run.
He was extremely unfortunate to put it mildly. It was a complete cluster **** of lots of different things that made a perfect storm. Add that to him being an extremely young lad who'd never been away from home before. Any one of the things don't happen and his career with us almost certainly would have been so different.
So is it definitely over HT or may there be a way back? What's he doing? Where is he? Is he injured? Are we still paying him? If your answer to all these is an uncommitted shrug, then fair enough. I'm not trying to pry I'm just genuinely interested.
I've no idea on details on where he is and what he's doing etc, I presume he's working his way back to fitness from his injury and yes of course we are still paying him, he has a contract and we aren't Barcelona haha
Scott was such a wasted talent. Dunno what’s wrong with Emmanuel. Heard rumours it was stroke or possibly heart issues like Agüero. In any case, I hope he recovers and gets to play football again.
It's hard to know whether James Scott's lifestyle has had anything to do with his spate of injuries. He was widely reported whilst at Hibs to be unfit and overweight, whether this is true or now of cause who knows? If you are not in the best condition then of cause this can lead to more injuries than normal, but in his case, he has either been very unfortunate or there is an underlying reason for why this is happening!
It was reported here that he has shin splints, only way I can imagine a footballer gets those is by too much running on concrete/hard surfaces.
Quite a statement. Really? I didn't really see anything to get that excited about .....albeit I didn't see much of him full stop
