Thats great, there does seem to be a good spirit amongst the boys. I noticed Elder has been very open and welcoming to the new guys contrary to the rumours about him earlier in pre-season.

He's good, but he's not £44.5m good. They could have had their pick of most midfielders in Europe for that cost.
The amount of money Forest are spending to try and be competitive in the Prem just reinforces my opinion last season that Huddersfield or Luton would’ve struggled massively had they gone up. Forest are obviously going gung-ho to stay in the Prem but Luton or Huddersfield couldn’t match that sort of spending even with promotion money.
Five years ago, Salah cost Liverpool less than a kid who had one decent season in the Championship. Crazy.
Given the amount of midfielders Forest have signed this window, I wonder what that means for Yates’ future there. He’s vice-captain but he might be far down the pecking order now. Think he’d be a great signing for us or any other Championship team imo.
