Norwich and Burnley seemed to target that flank mercilessly!
Agreed. I actually wonder if Williams might give Coyle more help defensively than Allahyar (and certainly more than Wilks). I think he's done enough off the bench to deserve a game or two to see if he can perform at this level.

Don't see him as the answer personally, but probably the best option from what we have available - but if Woods is signed in time, pretty sure he can play right of midfield, though not a winger per-se

Wilks is too static for me.......... he doesnt move.
if the ball isnt kicked to that lazy ****ers feet?
Well this going to be sacrilege but I thought that he held the ball better than Oscar last night. Disappointed with Oscar in that he did not seem to win much in the middle of the park (flick to Tufan apart ). There was not much hold up play from him.
Happy to hear otherwise and be corrected.

Oscar does plenty of pressing but prefers facing goal as opposed to being a traditional target man hold-up merchant. Would say Tetteh would be the man if you wanted an Eaves/Magennis type.

For me, he needs to stick with the 4 at the back and just replace Allahyar with Williams or Wilks. We look so much better with the 4 and the aforementioned will want to prove why they should be considered hopefully.
Make sure that you repeat this post just before the game. Shota checks this board just before the game

Ok I was thinking about Eaves he did indeed hold the ball up better than Oscar.
