Someone on twitter posted that he flew to Preston from Dubai yesterday. And he was definitely at the Bristol City game. He even waved at the North stand.
I remember watching him play, he was a skillful player but this video proves he was a dirty **** as well.
I love how you can say something innocuous on this forum like “we need a ball-winning defensive midfielder with some physical presence in the midfield” and morons will reply “so you think small players are ****e and should be dropped?”.
This Evidence is in broad daylight. We are in transition YES but at this level you simply need players who do the hard yards. We have 1 out of a midfield 3 who does that but he’s not exactly an enforcer type.
We can only field 11 players. New players would replace someone. So would you drop seri, slater or tufan
Fitness is an issue as is the amount of new players we are bringing in. It may take a lot of games for them to gel
Depends on who we got for that position. If it was Ndayishimiye, we’d probably need to ease him in more than if it was a player from the PL or EFL. But probably drop Slater. Or failing that, move Slater to a wing-back position and push Allahyar up top for the time being.
I love how you can say 'this is going nowhere and can't be arsed anymore ' on this forum, then just a few hours later carry it on. Hey ho.
I think slater has been our best midfielder in the two games. I think its more a matter of how they play together. I think tufan is the one who should be linking play but is struggling to find time to impose himself. We all see something different from what I'm reading, so we got to go with what shotta thinks
That was directly specifically at PLT. I didn’t want to argue with him anymore as it was going nowhere.
