Yeah Forest were abject under Hughton, they picked up one point from their first seven games. After sacking him they lost one in seventeen, in fact they only lost five more times after that. .
You're right, last season he was significantly less important to the team than Smallwood. He couldn't even nail down the wing back spot under Shota when his only competition was Longman, who certainly isn't a RWB. He is a low quality player and I can't see him still being here in 12 months. Him and Daws were both full backs, but for me, that's where the comparison stops.
It doesnt matter who plays fullback/wingback for us, they get virtually no support going forward, so end up looking too defensive.
Exactly, so turn back. That's half the problem...you can make a forward run, but without the right support just hmend up going backwards.

One thing I can't understand with pundits predictions is that those tipping us to go down are largely tipping Burnley to go up. They've got a new gaffer with little experience and a host of players that have never played at this level before. But that's not considered a risk, whereas, our business is. Our business has been better than there's and it's certainly less of a gamble.
