It does. I went to the POW (Polly of Wales not Prisoner of War though it felt like it) in Treforest (20 miles from Cardiff) and the moment I left the English side of the Severn Bridge (that was 10p each way when I first used it lol) I instinctively put on my wipers.

When it first opened in 1966 it was half a crown to cross each way.
