Played seaton Carew last night and it was brutal with only light winds. I couldnt get off the tee and resorted to hitting 4 iron to keep in play. Ended up losing my match on the 18th. I'm still not sold on the coure and think its a tad overrated.
How did the team get on mate.

My game has gone completely to ****. I've gone from low to mid 80s to barely breaking 100!

It's become embarrassing. Time to book a lesson me think!

Can't wait for Saturday. First round in 6 weeks because of damn sciatica.

Hope those on the adjacent fairways have frigging helmets on :)

So you're ok with Newcastles owners? Or the players that sign for them?
Not really the same question but I don't really care. I don't have an impact on ownership. Our last owner wasn't exactly squeaky clean.

I may not agree with everything they stand for but I highly doubt I agree with anyone 100%

I'm happy to admit I'm a mercenary though. I'll always leave jobs for higher paying ones.

Good luck mate. Enjoy it. I'm playing terribly and hate those bad shots but I still enjoy the round, as a whole
Handicap is 24 at the moment but i have a feeling that i'll play to about 32 this weekend

I am okay with the financial aspect of it as it is their profession, but draw the line at who is the paymasters.

It's live on their You Tube channel.

The problem with golf at a professional level....all golfers are self employed, The money being offered by the Saudi's is breathtaking, I have many friends who have left the UAE where they made a great living, to head for Saudi....only one reason....more MONEY. Golfers are no different

Do you really need £200,000,000 they aren’t exactly on benefits mate.
