Oh definitely. He will probably be the most technically-gifted midfielder at the club if and when he joins. My only concern is regarding his fitness and work-rate. He’s like the polar opposite of Docherty.
Unlike Docherty he's a DM though isn't he? DM's generally have a habit of attracting criticism because they do a lot of the work that goes un-noticed.
I get there's question marks over Tufan but we're at a completely different level to Watford or Fenerbahce. I read plenty of comments that said Allahyar wasn't great yet he's been a complete revelation for us. Watford paid a loan fee of anything between £500k-£1m (depending where you look) along with an option to buy for £7.5m ish. He's obviously not crap and a few years ago, Fenerbahce quoted Leicester £20m. We're getting him for £4m, it hardly seems like we're getting our pants pulled down
