Blimey, here we go again - free tickets available for some students I've heard. Not even Charlton fans this time.

My Sandgaard, I know you're trying to expand the Charlton Athletic brand and all that.
But why not try to bring the Club's loyal supporters with you on that journey?
A lot of fans are seriously not happy with earlier versions of this free ticket strategy.
We don't want to oppose you, but you don't help yourself sometimes, and give fuel to the hate-mongering views of our little rabble of fringe nutcases.

All these free tickets yet next seasons ticket prices are not cheap, and are going up.
Madness.

Dick Plumb has posted Charlton might have a new Chief Operating Officer soon.
If that means farewell to Tony Keohane it's got to be a good thing <ok>

wish i never accepted them! left around the 60th minute. not sure what MacGillivray was doing... threw it out straight to them, who then scored. took some effort to score and get back into it and then to just give a goal away so cheaply.

my boy, who's not really into football, said "why did he do that? aren't we supposed to win today?"

Got my S/T application form yesterday, and expect to renew with the £16 early bird reduction. Partly habit and partly because it gives me a chance to meet up with my son regularly. I don't have any faith in the way the club is run, and expect another season of mediocrity, but TS seems a decent bloke and you never know, he might find a way to bring success to the club. Until the club is reunited with the ground it seems unlikely though. Sacking Jacko won't help if he terminates his contract, and I don't know who would want the gig under the insecure terms on offer. Still hope springs eternal etc etc.

i think there are a few negative types on twitter digging out TS for what seems like the mistakes of the previous owners. they're too ready to be suspicious.

we're a averaged size L1 team. breaking even is a good thing for our club with the liabilities we have. if we could get to the champ, breaking even would be easier. i think we'd stay there for a while now as we won't blow millions chasing the prem like some have, and we wouldnt have the lowest budget if sponsorship/attendance goes up

No-one on Twitter, CL or ITTV has a good word to say about TS. Shockin, juss shockin. The way that fans are piling in, especially some personal stuff, is uncomfortable reading considering that he's basically a good man with Charlton's interests at heart.

I removed my account from ITTV back in November and dont go back. Twitter has some really weird creatures on it, and the fantasy that TS will simply pack up and go, while an extremely wealthy Saint will drift in and pay millions with no possibility of seeing a penny back is pretty much just that - a fantasy for the ignorant. Had these guys been around and armed with social media, Lennie Lawrence. Chris Powell and Curbs would all have lasted no more than a few months each.

Reactions: Sat In Greenwich
I'm sad to hear there is nobody on CL or ITTV who'll give TS a fair hearing.

I always thought there was a fair spectrum of fan opinion on ITTV even if the two ringleaders there are rabidly anti-Sandgaard. Perhaps those with a different view are just remaining quiet now (as I do over there) because to speak out invites just too much backlash.
And I would imagine with an active membership of thousands, CL would be a broader platform for a variety of views.

So will the 'Sandgaard Out' protesters be taking to the streets of SE7 next season?
Putting a little of their money where their forum mouths are?

Here is a statement from someone who the angry bunch want us to believe is itching to take Charlton off the shoulders of TS:

To me, that reads as if he thinks we should get behind TS rather than attack him. It also doesn't sound as if Barclay has any interest in getting involved or putting money in.
