He was very good today as was Bradshaw the second goal scorerI’d
I’d sooner sign Afobe than Cooper. The former is a right handful.

Yes but I don't think their absence will cause much loss of continuity, Hudds excepted maybe. The team needs stability through pre season, the number of departures will be high as it is. Players like Smallwood have earnt a chance to stay here. We know he can turn up against the top sides as he has done this season good option off the bench too to see out a game if we are leading.
Cannon, Moncur, Walsh, Hudds all be leaving so we need to have some continuity.
True, just think this current never say die dressing room atmosphere is a good foundation for these players to come into and buy into, these lads run through brick walls for each other. You are right about those named though they won’t particularly be missedYes but I don't think their absence will cause much loss of continuity, Hudds excepted maybe.
Also Moncur's got another year on his contract I think, we could be stuck with him.
£22 is fair for those who don't want to commit. We can't just keep giving it away for £2 etc. If fans want the new regime to commit then our fans should do the same and get to the games.

Jesus I really hope not or we won’t be going any further next season. But we'll have continuity. Ideally 8/9/10 of those who started today will still be here in July. It's not like we're completely ripping the side and starting again. The squad as a whole needs a big overhaul but that's largely due to us having zero depth or anything on the bench
Ever since this thread started this song's been like an earworm...

I’ve just checked, the gig I went to was February 82, and Blancmange was the support not Orange Juice.According to their gig list, Orange Juice played The Tower on 17th June 1982, but they list it as their gig, not a supporting gig.
I saw them at Dingwalls in ‘83, I wasn’t really a fan, but my missus at the time was.
Now that we know we will be a Championship club next year, I assume we can start negotiating contracts for current squad players. Difficult to guess incoming when we don't know who is staying.
