Yes but I don't think their absence will cause much loss of continuity, Hudds excepted maybe. Also Moncur's got another year on his contract I think, we could be stuck with him.
True, just think this current never say die dressing room atmosphere is a good foundation for these players to come into and buy into, these lads run through brick walls for each other. You are right about those named though they won’t particularly be missed
People keep saying this but it doesn't make any sense. The people who want to see money spent are already fans. The people who don't go yet are unlikely to care whether money is spent. You're essentially telling people who already go to stop hoping that the club should do anything to get more people going because those people should just come anyway. Seems to be a really popular view at the moment but I don't get it at all.
I was thinking this while watching the game and wondering how on earth he ended up being loaned to Millwall, he's better than the players Stoke kept.
I’ve just checked, the gig I went to was February 82, and Blancmange was the support not Orange Juice.
Now that we know we will be a Championship club next year, I assume we can start negotiating contracts for current squad players. Difficult to guess incoming when we don't know who is staying.
Smallwood and Honeyman probably the only ones who deserve renewing. In the case of Honeyman, an extra 2-3 years. In the case of Smallwood, just taking up the option of the extra year. I’d have liked to see Wilks given a chance under Shota but his injuries have hampered that. Expect him to go in the summer.
