I've been down London once and after walking back to the hotel on a night out some guy lying on the path outside a club got drove on by a Mini which was parked near him, then reversed back off. As we rounded the corner this all unfolded and the bouncers of the club just stood there watching as well as a few people outside. No body bothered to ring an ambulance as the guy lay there groaning like a sea lion (looking back the noise he made was hillarious) so upon asking the bouncers to ring one they just saud "No." Shocked at their disregard for human life that they took an oath to protect (that is what bouncers do isn't it?) I asked locals, they didn't seem arsed and the guy who drove on him was on the phone to someone who wasn't an emergency service. Hopefully the last time I ring for an ambulance. The bloke was ok in the end though.
