I've been down London once and after walking back to the hotel on a night out some guy lying on the path outside a club got drove on by a Mini which was parked near him, then reversed back off. As we rounded the corner this all unfolded and the bouncers of the club just stood there watching as well as a few people outside. No body bothered to ring an ambulance as the guy lay there groaning like a sea lion (looking back the noise he made was hillarious) so upon asking the bouncers to ring one they just saud "No." Shocked at their disregard for human life that they took an oath to protect (that is what bouncers do isn't it?) I asked locals, they didn't seem arsed and the guy who drove on him was on the phone to someone who wasn't an emergency service. Hopefully the last time I ring for an ambulance. The bloke was ok in the end though.

Heading to Newcastle next month for a lads weekend and wondered where the best places are to go and get wrecked, then pick up an ugly burd to give her the best 25 seconds of her life?

Was there about 2 and a half years ago but I guess it's changed.......

A lot can happen in two and a half years, it might just be 10 seconds now!

I was in London last summer. It was a beautiful day and we wnet for a pint just off Oxford street. I though the pub must be heeving as eveyone was standing on the road outside drinking. Not a sole in the bar its just what they do down there. Weird bunch, no seats/beer garden area, just standing in the middle of the road!!!

That would be the smoking ban and because it was a nice day.

Though some bars with a beer garden prohibit smoking in the garden itself and some local councils state that you are not allowed to smoke out the front either as it's part of 'the pub'... Middle of the road it is :)

Thats the thing OT, very little of them were. I liked it, the atmosphere was good, just a bit weird and not what I am used to. If I stood outside my local with a pint I would be huckled into the cop car quick smart. Different culture down in the "big smoke"

<laugh> Its all tounge in cheek mate. Good banter between the fifers and "our" side of the bridge. You do like the use of the word "braw" right enough. You will enjoy Newcastle mate,a lot better than any nights out up our way.

True! I've 'done' Dundee and Edinburgh recently so this is just somewhere else to go to get me away from the ****ehole

You guys clearly haven't been out in Stirling much.
