It's one of those rules that rarely seems to be imposed these days. Foul throws often not penalised too. There's probably others, even discounting the rules that either do/don't apply depending on shirt colour.

I genuinely like him as a pundit.
Very funny at times, knowledgeable about lower league football (I know next to nothing outside the Premier league and Championship), comes across as humble and a decent bloke.

The final fact is that probably the only people who don't know the Saudi state runs Newcastle are Newcastle fans, and that's only because they don't care.
Of course with things going on in Ukraine it won't be made a thing in the media, but the PL should be ashamed. Because like Abramovich, it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Or in 19 years will they suddenly decide something is wrong?
