Agreed, don't risk anyone from our preferred first team as our biggest game of the season (so far) is coming up and we what our full first team to knock City out the cup

We've won every game this season when I've worn my lucky (Dan Harding signed shirt :emoticon-0100-smile) but we've also won a few when I haven't worn it...

I'm just going to trust the mechanism

Weird thing is if I wear my Napoli away shirt (red one with Insigne 24 on the back) whilst watching on TV we win. When I wear my Saints shirt we draw/lose.

I have my Napoli shirt in the wash as we speak....

I used to have to wear something red to prompt a Saints win but that stopped working this season. Since The Mechanism was Reversed I don’t wear anything red, or use my red and white mug, and this practice has borne succulent fruit.

Yep the dishwasher isn't so important nowadays as well, but losing bets still seems to be

It's over 50 years since I wore anything red and white on match day. Obviously this off field tactic hasn't been wholly successful, but I still have the sense that we would now be in the Southern League if I hadn't been so conscientious..

I'm pleased to see that my fellow Saints supporters are level headed and have no place for superstition in their matchday rituals.

Touching cloth, it's when the opposition put the ball where our goalkeeper should make an easy catch.

In fairness I thought Jack had a pretty good game on Wednesday. Certainly less wasteful in passes than Diallo who did ok overall but could have cost us the game in the first half.

Plus scrambled eggs, mushrooms, hash browns tomatoes, sausages, baked beans, brown sauce and mustard. Coffee or tea, fresh squeezed orange juice bucks fizz an option. Worth getting up for.

Edit there are egg options also black and white sausage choices.
